Playing at turkey time

What is all this white stuff, Mother?

At long last, the wonderful snow came to visit again!  Cool, fluffy, white, and delicious, it make for the perfect play ground. 

But as any sensible person knows, you have to work hard before you can play hard. 

Work hard I did!!  I was very well deserving of a good play after all that shoveling. 

So I took my bike for a spin

It didn't work as well as I though, so my ever-so-kind father made me a track. 

After so much fun I figured I should do a little more work. So I kindly mowed the snow for my parents. They didn't bother to even throw a "thank you" my way!

So since they were so thankless I decided to just go back to playing. 

Which included LOTS of me jumping and falling on my stomach (on purpose, of course!)

And on my butt. The snow makes a much better cushion than the floor in the house. 

At long last, it was finally time to retreat inside...where a cup of hot chocolate and marshmallows was waiting 

Snow, you can come back anytime you want!

Build-A-Puppy

I've discovered most amazing place!  It's filled with colorful clothes, fun sounds, and...unstuffed?!?!...animals. Who would buy a flat animal? Oh, wait!  That's the point. You get to stuff it yourself!  Ah, I get it!  I suppose I was slightly distracted at the beginning as there was just so much to take in!  Talk about sensory overload!!  Once I finally got focused, I picked out the perfect animal to stuff myself. 

I knew just how to step on it to make it to. I've been practicing this on my mom's sewing machine forever. 

Then I added a heart because I love him so. 

After a bath

And a good scrubbing

It was time to take him home. 

Once we got home I needed narrate my life to him. This is an airplane, Puppy.  

And, oh my gosh!, I have a firetruck on my jammies!

Puppy, I'm wearing my fire truck pajamas!

Spooktacular Halloween

Boo!  I got you!  Don't be scared. It's just me, your favorite baby blogger. I'm so sorry I stopped your heart for a moment with the start of this post. Please don't hold it against me. I wanted to get your attention for this important topic I wanted to discuss...Halloween. 

On Halloween you literally get to dress up (fun!) and get free candy from people!  Seriously!  It's crazy how amazing it is!  I started my Halloween at a party with friends. 

Ring around the Logan?

Doughnuts on a string...always a fan favorite! 

Then we moved to pin the hat on the witch. Which I was amazing at. 

And I put my pitching arm to good use knocking down the tins

We all had lots of fun and lots of candy!

Then Halloween happened again at night!  We went to a trunk or treat and I got even more candy!  

I also got to take a hay ride on a tractor (which was my absolute favorite!)

Then I got to pet all kinds of animals that were my size. 

And I succeeded at the the pumpkin toss

What a wild time!
